Yes it is.

The margins (as you did, but please check my comments) and font sizes.
I also would like to add a possibility to add options to style files
in TeXmacs. This does seem to be useful in many cases and would increase
the compatibility with LaTeX. However, I don't know when I will have
time for this.

Another major issue is writing TeXmacs equivalents for the most
important LaTeX style files (Springer, Elsevier, AMS, ACM, IEEE, etc.).
We have started with svjour and are working on the Elsevier styles.
If you have time, then help on this issue is very much appreciated.
When we do have the appropriate styles, then we also need to adapt
the export filters (mainly for author/address/etc information).
