[Texmacs-dev] Latest experience with TeXmacs-qt

* opening files from the open dialog simply doesn't work
* in such sessions, trying to close the document or the editor (via kb
shortcut or menu item) brings up the open menu.

* opening files as command-line argument works
* but then closing document or editor brings up the "there are unsaved
changes" menu. Neither of the answers causes the editor to quite.
