It would be great if you could make a list of the most important problems
when it comes to Chinese localization. It is definitely be a pity if
most users convert to LaTeX in order to get the typesetting right.

In text_language.cpp, we have an oriental_language class,
which is quite rudimentary, but it would be easy to improved it
if we knew what would have to be done. In principle,
we did the necessary in TeXmacs to make localization easy,
as long as the orientation of text does not have to be changed.

For the time being, it would be perfectly fine to discuss these issues
on the developers mailing list. If the discussion generates a lot of traffic,
then we can always setup something more dedicated.
