Tiger includes the necessary spec files to build an RPM. I have not 
tried to do this for newer OSes, however, but I developed it for a 
client who wanted to install Tiger in RedHat systems a few years ago.

As for support contracts, maybe the company I currently work for 
(Germinus) might be interested in providing one. After all we provide IT 
security-related services for many companies in Spain. Feel free to 
contact me for more information.

I don't know if you have brought this up with companies specialized in 
the security arena close to where, but typically most companies will 
provide you with support for products even if they are open source.
