Yes all the libhamlib are ok and in the correct  location
/usr/local/lib.

I remember having this problem at some point in time, but forgot what I did
to
resolve it.
On my system these libraries are in /usr/local/lib
Can you check if they are there? Look for  libhamlib*

This one is low on the priority list. You can already use tlf as a terminal
for an external tnc ( I use it with a TNC 2), but to link it to the
contesting routines is quite a bit of work (and I work only CW :-)
Maybe somebody steps forward to do this...
