[Tlf-devel] ARRL 160 meter contest.

Ok, I've been trying to get TLF to score this contest properly, without
success.  I am frustrated out of my mind, and completely stumped.  I'm
using TLF-0.9.20.

The rules are as follows:

All US/VE sections count as two points.
Other contries in North America [Mexico] count as five points
DX counts as five points.

Multipliers are US/VE sections, and DX countries.

I though I had this figured out, but I didn't.  I can get TLF to count
everything as two points, which is wrong.  I can get it to count US as
two, DX as five, but it counts VE as DX, which is wrong.  I've tried
using the arrlsections MULT_LIST, but that doesn't work or help.  

Any thoughts?  This is driving me crazy.
