Hello,

so, the Stew Perry will on next weekend, I think there are few
things to clarify to make stable and usable code:

* check logcfg.dat
  * if user set "stewperry" as contest, then MYQRA option is
    mandatory
* check the typed locator format
* any user perception

If anybody have further observations, please write me through
this list.

Thomas noticed us throug the github commit, he works on some
modification of parse of logcfg.dat:

I'll ask him, how will it change, and how can I include the
mandatory option to logcfg.dat.
