Please change the documentation on append-domain
to note that you must specify a regular expression
on the listen-address to have the connected-to
domain appended instead of the local host name.


Suggested wording:

append-domain: (yes|true) 
If authentication does not succeed for a given username, retry with
address@hidden, where domain is the domain name associated with
the address on which the connection was received. This is intended
to be used where multiple virtual domains are served from multiple
IP addresses.  This option only takes effect when username does not
contain a separator, which may be `@',  `%',  `:'  or  `!'; and
when a regular expression is used as part of the listen-address.
