CVS is ready for 0.8.3, tests and win32 port are doing fine, as well as
the copying (as opposed to generation if rpcgen is available) of rpcgen
generated files. IMO, the diff between CVS HEAD and 0.8.3 is :
- rename 0.8.3rc2 to 0.8.3
- remove the in-source check

I'll package this tonight unless you guys find something awful in it :)

I've made a late change in src/core/driver/tsp_consumer.h
which is only a change in doxygen comment. The change
remove a doxygen warning for unknown reference.

I think we could state that (in Version.Readme):
       - XML-RPC command channel in mainstream        - FredD-->Caribou
       - Update Rubytsp for multi-type, Array etc... - Caribou
is currently in 0.8.3 unless Caribou tell us the contrary?

May be Stephane can check if the current CVS is still OK for him
for an XMLRPC build and rubytsp check?
(may the continuous build server would have warned us?)

Nevertheless I'm Ok for this (world-awaited) 0.8.3.
