Details:

In the ATtiny2313 definition in Avr.C, the flash page size should be set to
32 rather than 0.   Also, the twdFL value should be 4500 rather than 4000,
although I'm not sure this is used when polling ?



Once I made these changes, I could program the flash of an attiny2313 using a
dasa2 serial programmer.   I was running uisp version 20050207.
