Details:

This patch implements polling of the ready/busy bit

during serial programming.  This is the method that

should be used for the newer devices such as the

ATtiny2313, ATmega48, etc.  It also results in many times

faster programming.  The patch also fixes the page

sizes for ATtiny2313, ATmega48.  It was tested for

the ATtiny2313 and the ATmega48 using a direct serial cable.
