Hi Paolo
maybe you can explain, why you'd like to use UISP via JNI on windows.
For this, you would need to compile the C source code of uisp for the
windows platform. after this you can use it by JNI. but if you would
compile it on windows, you could directly use it from the command
line or from make files.
to compile unix apps on/for windows you can use either the cygwin of
the mingw project. both will provide you with a standard gcc compiler
and an environment to be able to compile uisp or avrdude as you would
on any other unix platform.
