as vcdimager.org has been donated to the project, there are a few URLs
to be updated;
the old URLs will start to contain redirections to the new locations,
but you should update links in your documentation asap;
(btw, the official link,
http://www.gnu.org/software/vcdimager/ 
is still ok, no need to change that one)

http://www.hvrlab.org/~hvr/vcdimager/ 
should be replaced by
