[Vrs-development] Goldwater Beta Release 0.2.4

Goldwater-0_2_4-beta is now available from:
http://www.nfluid.co.uk/goldwater

There are of course no instructions on how you get the example clients and 
servers running.  I've spent all my time getting the code out of the door,
nice instructions will come soon!!

However, I was going to propose an IRC chat to get people up and running as 
it's not terrible complicated once you've built and installed it.

Get Expat and SWIG.  Download phlib-1.14 and goldwater-0.2.4-beta from my 
website and install it all (instructions on the download page).

Any problems let me know.

I'm currently hanging out at irc.openprojects.net #VRS
and will be there for the next four hours or so....
