Details:

The bug appears when someone, you or another user, sends any text containing
zero-width characters such as \u0301, ( ́). It looks like the following,
depending on previous text and whether user has switched windows/redrawn
weechat (C-l):

 sqrl 12345678901234567890123
sqrrl приве́т,8 ка́к3 дела́?0

 sqrl 12345678901234567890123
sqrrl приве́т,  ка́к  дела́?

This character is displayed normally in input field and other applications.
Also, apparently this bug does not appear for all users. Not sure if related
but my LANG is the default, en_GB.UTF-8.
