Details:

As already posted on wesnoth-dev on April, 22nd, I'd like to have some
multiplayer features. Instead of buggering you with
implementing my features, I tried to do so myself. I already received enough
positive feedback on this to try it again, so here is the patch applying on
the latest CVS version.

Summary of changes:
- created a new preferences tab, called "Multiplayer"
- created a button called "Chat Timestamping", prepending the chat lines with
a configurable timestamp (default: H:m:s, e.g. 21:42:23)
- created a slider called "Chat Lines", changing the amount of displayed
lines from 1 to 20 lines.

TODO: when merging this patch, please don't forget that a new icon is needed.
I used the silver mage, but that's up to you.

I checked if I could use DarthFools time function used for his theme, but it
wasn't possible. I would suggest creating a time object in some kind of utils
class which could be used from other classes, but that is work for someone
with more experience and another feature request ;-)
