[XBoard-devel] readline support/ICS input box

Hi

I added basic readline support recently, but just reverted the changes.
It's better to use the ICS input box (in the mode menu) IMO, so no need
for readline support which created some problems on the Mac build and in
other areas (debugging for example).

Eventually we want to move away from the console output in XBoard and
add an Input/Output window as we have in Winboard at the moment.

Let us know what you think about this.
