[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.93pre13

Hi everybody,

    here's the good news: there's another pre-release;-)

Paul Nicholson went through all of the documentation and correced
literally hundreds of typos and other mistakes! And I found another
stupid bug that led to parts of scrollbars getting drawn in multi-
line input objects even when there shouldn't be any scrollbars.
