[XForms] New release xforms-1.0.93

Hi everybody,

  here it finally is, the new release:

Also the documentation in the files 'xforms.pdf' and
'xforms.html.tar.gz' have been updated to the newest
version.

I would like to thank all of you that helped by sending
patches, bug reports, discussions or by encouragement.
I hope we won't find too many bugs now that the new re-
lease is out - I'm at least planning not to have too
close a look for the next few days;-)
