[avr-libc-dev] mega48/88/168 headers

Hi,

I've just committed the header files for the mega48/88/168 devices.

I decided to have individual header for each device and each of those
includes a iomx8.h header with majority of the definitions since the
three devices are described in a single datasheet.

If someone would be kind enough to check the files for errors, it would
be appreciated.
