Summary: Use USART signal names instead of UART for ATMega32.
Original Submission: In the header file <iom32.h> for the ATMega32 the signal
names for serial communication are SIG_UART_xxxx while in fact the Mega32 has a
USART interface rather than a UART.
Maybe these should be changed to SIG_USART_xxxx (while preserving the old names
for compatibility reasons for some time, as Joerg Wunsch suggested)
