* configure.in (AC_CHECK_HEADERS): Add alloca.h
* configure: Regenerate.
* config.in: Regenerate.
* som.c: Replace alloca-conf.h inclusion with code recommended in
autoconf documentation.
* elf64-hppa.c: Likewise.
