 Attachment change was built success with (GDB14.2)
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gdb/gdb-14.2.tar.gz 
 I didn't use python either. following are my build comands

  >> ./configure  --with-gmp-include=/home/zhiqxion/gmp
--with-gmp-lib=/home/zhiqxion/gmp/.libs
--with-mpfr-include=/home/zhiqxion/mpfr/src 
--with-mpfr-lib=/home/zhiqxion/mpfr/src/.libs
--libdir=/home/zhiqxion/libiconv/lib/.libs 
--includedir=/home/zhiqxion/libiconv/lib/
  >> make -j 16
