Hello,
just a small update to the above issue:
We discovered that the error does not dependent on what kind of email script
is being used. We tried CVSSpam (1) and some self made scripts now but the
result is the same: as soon as *any* script is called when committing files
and Eclipse is being used the broken pipe error occurs. Any other combination
of CVS clients and email scrips works fine.
