DDD 3.3.1 (hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11) gets 'Signal 11' signal

Subject: DDD 3.3.1 (hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11) gets 'Signal 11' signal

during installation the recommended command: make check leads to a signal 11 abortion of the ddd.

I supply the produced log file

I got the same result with ddd-3.2.1 under hpux 11.11 and with ddd-3.3.1 under hpux 10.20.

I tried two compilers: gcc-3.2.1 and gcc-2.95.1
