I just installed ddd 3.3.1 from the source tarball. I was quite
surprised when "make install" installed all the files under /usr
instead of the customary /usr/local. Even worse, no "uninstall"
target is provided, so I have to hunt down all the files manually.
I think it is a very bad idea to use /usr by default. At least
configure should print a big, fat warning that the default will
overwrite system files.
Bye
Dominik ^_^ ^_^
