Well, I'm guessing that means 'no sane script' is affected.
If a script had further ed commands after the 'q' command,
before the natural EOF at the end of the script, these would
not have executed before, but if you had 'q' mean 'next',
then they could execute if the script was run on multiple files.
But I doubt that any such insanity exists in the real world.
So, yes, for practical purposes, scripts are not affected.
