[Bug-gnupedia] FAQ: Begin the Beguine

Hello, All,
I've begun work on an FAQ.  If anyone else is doing this already, speak now 
or forever hold your peace :-)  Currently I am taking recommendations for 
answers to the question "What is GNUPedia?".  I've already written up a few 
thoughts but I want to see what ideas others have.  I'm also taking ideas 
for questions that you'd like to see addressed in the FAQ and I'll be 
culling the list archive for more questions and answers.  When I have 
something worth looking at I'll send it on to Hector.

You are welcome to send FAQs with or without answers to address@hidden if 
you so desire.
