What about the proprietary items included in the HTML generated by MSWord?
Things like MS fonts, for example? What should be done about > MS
generated HTML's absence of structural tagging (last time I looked, > <hn>
was never generated, even if the original document had a "heading > 1"
included from a template)? These issues are going to trip us up if > we
insist on the easy conversion of MSWord to HTML.
