PSPP-BUG: PSPP CVS Build

Is the build known to be broken at the moment?  I got this on Cygwin 
when configuring the current CVS sources.  I get other script problems 
on Solaris, but I assume that Solaris is still broken as suggested in 
the notes.

./configure: line 11450: syntax error near unexpected token `GTK,'
./configure: line 11450: `      PKG_CHECK_MODULES(GTK, gtk+-2.0 >= 2.6.0)'

I was hoping to use PSPP for some web log performance analysis, but the 
problems with long string variables make that difficult.
