Details:

When compiling pspp using mingw, make creates libpsppire-0.dll.
Running psppire, it opens without problem, but when I try to do anything it
crashes. Debugging the problem, I've found that it also needs libpsppire.dll,
but I can just rename it, because it also needs libpsppire-0.dll. On windows
there's no link like on linux, so I need to copy the dll and change it names.
It's not a big deal, because it has only 15k of size but it's still a
problem.
