Thanks for the suggestion. For the Debian package, I've rewritten the
man page paragraph like this:
Documentation is also at http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp: a manual at
http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/documentation.html and a FAQ at
http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/faq.html.
