PSPP-BUG: Small problem on PSPP welcome page

I'm just writing to let you know about a minor error on page

   http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/

There seem to be two overlapping sections, the main one scrolling
over the "Useful links" part.  (I attach a small screendump to
illustrate this.)

I think this must be a problem on the page itself, rather than
at my end; the view is the same on Chrome, Firefox and IE,
and on two machines.

into PSPP.
