Follow-up Comment #11, bug #31511 (project pspp):
This bug is no longer actual for me.
I removed gtk2-branding-openSUSE package from my openSUSE 11.4 and installed
this gtk2-branding-openSUSE package again.
Now in /etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc file I see:
gtk-theme-name = "Sonar"
gtk-icon-theme-name = "Gilouche"
gtk-fallback-icon-theme = "gnome"
The last line is most important.
I will add gtk2-branding-openSUSE package as required for openSUSE packages.
