Follow-up Comment #11, bug #30406 (project pspp):
The problem seems to be gone. So the bug can be closed.
Besides, the problem is masked by a patch in the MSWindows build. I add a
remark in the text which points to the locally installed pspp manual. This was
asked for by someone who worked in a development project in Africa and wanted
to teach PSPP, but there was no internet available on the teaching locations.
This small patch made PSPP much more valuable for them.
