Thanks, I closed it.

asked for by someone who worked in a development project in Africa and wanted
to teach PSPP, but there was no internet available on the teaching locations.
This small patch made PSPP much more valuable for them.
It would probably be best if the GUI didn't fail to find the reference manual!
