I got a report from a MSWindows user about an error when using frequencies on
a file in Italian. I can reproduce it. On MSWindows a lot of cases seems not
to be processed.

On openSUSE i get the correct answer
On wine with the MSWindows binary I get the correct answer
On MSWindows7 I get the wrong answer

It depends not on a specific MSWindows build, It was already present in PSPP
0.7.6.

As the data file is much to big, I will send it to Ben.
