I think any feedback will be very useful to pspp's users since, at least 
on Windows, if you click on pspp window while it is processing, Windows 
will tell you that the software is not responding and ask you if you 
want do kill you. Since most Windows users are used to kill softwares 
all the time, they think spss froze.

As a first exercise we could just put a modal with a GtkSpinner and a 
cancel button. The cancel button is also a good idea, since so far if we 
want to stop a process which is taking to long we have to kill pspp.
