Follow-up Comment #3, bug #41004 (project pspp):
> make check does not and cannot work when cross compiling; not for w32 nor
any target.
With an older version of PSPP, "make check" worked OK for me cross-compiling
for mingw32, because I had wine installed in a way that Windows .exes could
run directly. This is what I've asked Harry to do too, but he's had trouble
and I haven't been able to help him so far.
