PSPP-BUG: [bug #43029] Parallel build does not work - at least for the parallel debian build 0.8.3-3

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #43029 (project pspp):

I looked a little bit further into this problem and I think the reason is that
during parallel builds the make target doc/stamp-vti is executed twice. That
will result in a problem. I have a filed a bug for the automake tools here:

I am not too sure if executing that rule twice in parallel builds is to be
expected. As described in the bug report there is a possible race condition if
it is executed in parallel.
