Follow-up Comment #1, bug #58327 (project pspp): This is really a bug which should be filed against OpenSSL and/or libpq. I think the correct way for this to be solved is for Debian to build a version of libpq which uses GNU TLS instead of OpenSSL. However, in the short term I think the easiest way to get Debian's problem sorted out is to build PSPP without the postgress interface.
