PSPP-BUG: Problem running Version pspp-20200905-daily-64bit

Hello,

I just installed pspp-20200905-daily-64bit but cannot start the program. It 
gives me a window saying (translated from German to English): 

window title: entry point not found
Text: the entry point of procedure "ScriptIsComplex" was not found in 
GDI32.ll"

I am using OS Win-7 64bit. 
Prior to this version 1.4.1 of pspp I used version 1.2 which worked without 
flaws. Of course I uninstalled this old version before I installed 1.4.1
