True.

Yes, and he also said that when updating files, they should be changed
to specify individual years.
There's no law that says that all years must be mentioned individually,
separated with commas.
True, it's not written explicitly into law, but that is precisely what
the Library of Congress specifies and what the Berne convention prefers.
Which is why we concluded what we did.
Anyway, I won't bother you about it again, I'm sure you'll do as you see fit.
