Inline PGP signature have several problems (see <http://josefsson.org/inline-openpgp-considered-harmful.html>).
Memory jogged by this, I decided to have another try at getting my mailnotify shell script to post PGP/MIME mails... and (with a peek at the my muttrc to find the right switches for gpg) mission accomplished :-) I'll merge back
