This is weird. There were some mapping problems. Did you compile the CVS
version of the Hurd and of which date? The last problem was fixed on 2003-02-24
(see console-client/ChangeLog to check if you have this version, it was checked
in later IIRC).
If you still have problems and are using the fixed version please check which
keys are not working (all keys in the range F5-F12?).
IIRC there are some problems with the debian package. If you are using the
debain package, please have a look at the source package and if it was fixed in
there.
You can also check if it is not a mc bug by testing those keys in another
program, in emacs for example press "C-h k F6". The last problem I can possibly
think of is that you didn't run "tic -x hurd.ti" (Or whatever the line was),
but I think this is not the problem.
