Whatever Marcus likes is fine with me, basically. I don't know what
benefit people find from a GNU tarball release, since everyone actually
interested in the Hurd is directed either to Debian packages (for using) or
to the CVS sources (for hacking). If the motivation is just for PR, I
don't have any opinion about that one way or the other. Whatever folks want.
If a release is useful, I don't think there is any reason to wait for any
particular fixes or features beforehand. Obviously the status quo is years
better than 0.2 (literally) already. I don't see any harm in doing 0.3
tomorrow and 0.4 next week if worthwhile fixes/features go in then.
