That's also why the term Neighbor Hurd,
<http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd/neighborhurd.html>, as opposed to
Sub-Hurd, <http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd/subhurd.html> may be
more appropriate.
