I forgot to mention: this new libc0.3 will thus depend on recent
gnumach.
If you have not upgraded gnumach recently, i.e. your gnumach kernel is
older than April 17, i.e. in Debian before 2:1.6+git20160502-1, you
*have* to upgrade your gnumach kernel first, reboot with the new
version, and only after that upgrade libc0.3.
