dpkg knows it:

dpkg-architecture -ahurd-amd64

Actually, even what depends on it. That's the whole thing the
rebootstrap script I mentioned is about, and it's making progress, it
should be able to produce essentially what is needed to run
debootstrap/crosshurd.
