If anyone has major changes planned, please feel free to push them to a
branch!
I think we can review things in parallel while trying to get the release
out, if there is anything to look at.

I don't know -- maybe not, so I don't think it is a priority.

I'll install autoconf 2.70 locally. That list was missing several tools
so I'll add them too, in case the versions makes a difference.
